These assessments are only available through qualified individuals—such as those with a master's degree or formal certification—ensuring the highest quality and most accurate results. With VPCE, you have the option to complete one or both assessments, which are widely regarded as two of the most comprehensive and insightful tools for career exploration. After completing the assessments, you’ll participate in a personalized one-on-one virtual meeting to review your results, ask questions, and receive expert guidance tailored to your career journey. This combination of professional assessments, detailed reports, and personalized support offers a powerful, research-based alternative to generic online tests—ideal for anyone seeking clarity and direction in their career path.
All career exploration sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meet.

The MBTI® assessment is a powerful tool designed to increase self-awareness by identifying your personality preferences. Widely used for personal development, it can also help match your results to careers that align with your personality type. With over 70 years of proven validity and reliability, the MBTI® assessment continues to be a trusted resource. By taking the authentic MBTI® assessment, you’ll receive a personalized MBTI®Career Report, which includes 10 pages of detailed insights about your personality and career exploration recommendations tailored to you.
The Strong Interest Inventory® is a valuable assessment designed to evaluate your work-related interests and help identify careers that align with your unique interests. It offers insights into career direction, ranging from broad areas of interest to specific occupation recommendations. With proven reliability, the assessment provides valuable data about your interests and work style. Depending on your needs, clients can take the Strong Interest Inventory® High School, College, or General Edition and receive a personalized report, ranging from 9 to 13 pages of detailed insights tailored to you.

One 25-minute career exploration meeting and the Strong Interest Inventory® Profile Report (High School, College, or General edition). The cost of the Strong Interest Inventory® is included with this option.
MBTI® & Career Exploration Session - $105
One 25-minute career exploration meeting and the MBTI® Career Report. The cost of the MBTI® assessment is included with this option.
Career Exploration Session - $75
One 25-minute session, for clients who want help with their career exploration but do not want to take any assessments. (Just to be clear, there are NO assessments included with this option.)
50-Minute Meeting
50-Minute Meeting
MBTI® + Strong Interest Inventory® & Career Exploration Session - $185
One 50-minute career exploration meeting, including the MBTI® Career Report and Strong Interest Inventory® Profile Report (High School, College, or General edition). The cost of assessments is included with this option.
Career Exploration Session - $150
One 50-minute session, for clients who want help with their career exploration but do not want to take any assessments. (Just to be clear, there are NO assessments included with this option.)
Additional Career Exploration Sessions(s)
After your one-on-one career exploration meeting, should you want to continue meeting for additional guidance or support, you can schedule follow-up sessions to help you further explore career options at a discounted rate. Your choice of 25-minutes ($50) or 50-minute ($100) session.
