Once you enroll, you’ll have one year of access to the course. You can complete it at your own pace and revisit the material anytime during that period.

You’ll find the link to take your MBTI® and/or Strong Interest Inventory® assessment in your Google Calendar appointment details. Please be sure to follow the instructions provided there, including watching the brief video before starting your assessment to ensure you complete it accurately. Remember, assessments must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled session so that your report can be reviewed prior to your appointment. To reschedule your appointment, please email info@vpcareerexploration.com with at least 24 hours’ notice. Include your name, original appointment time, and preferred new time. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Important:

Cancellations/no-shows without 24-hour notice will result in the loss of the session, with no refund provided. (If you have completed the assessment(s), your report will still be emailed to you.)

Books/Workbooks: Refunds for paperback books or workbooks depend on the policies of the distributor you purchased from (such as Amazon, IngramSpark, or another retailer). VP Career Exploration does not handle direct sales or returns for printed copies, so any return or refund requests must be processed through the original seller according to their terms.

Digital products—including the downloadable PDF version of the Career Compass Workbook—are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately and cannot be revoked once downloaded. The same applies to digital or audiobook versions of the Career Compass book; refunds will depend entirely on the policies of the platform from which you made the purchase.

Online Courses: Due to the instant and full access granted upon enrollment, we do not offer cancellations/refunds for online courses—once purchased, all course materials are available to you, and knowledge, unlike physical products, cannot be returned.

Career Assessment(s): Refunds are available within seven days of purchase only if;

• You have not started the online assessment.

• Your scheduled appointment is more than 24 hours away, regardless of assessment status.

• A $50 processing fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

• Please note that all assessments and one-on-one sessions, or any other services, must be used within one year of purchase.
